Even though we make the process simple, you might encounter a few roadblocks. Here’s what could happen and how we help:

• 1. My Claim Was Denied—What Now?
• No worries—there’s no charge if your claim isn’t approved.
• Some claims get denied due to missing paperwork. If that happens, we’ll review your case and help resubmit with the right documents if possible.
• If your claim is truly ineligible, we’ll let you know why so you don’t waste time.
• 2. My Tour or Activity Isn’t in TourClaim’s System—Can I Still Use It?
• 🔹 Yes! If your booking platform isn’t automatically supported yet, you can manually upload your trip details.
  🔹 We’ll still help you gather documents and format everything for an easier claim process.
• 3. I Don’t Have a Chase Card—Can I Still Use TourClaim?
• 🔹 Right now, TourClaim works exclusively with Chase cards that include travel insurance.
  🔹 Good news: We’re adding more credit cards in late 2025, including top travel rewards cards from other issuers.
• 4. I Need a Doctor’s Note, But I Can’t See a Doctor in Time—What Should I Do?
• 🔹 TourClaim can connect you with a provider who can issue a valid doctor’s note remotely for a small fee.
  🔹 This saves you time and hassle while ensuring your claim is approved faster.
• 5. I Didn’t Pay for My Trip with the Right Card—Can I Still Claim?
• 🔹 Most Chase travel insurance policies require you to have paid for at least part of the trip with your Chase card.
  🔹 If you’re unsure, we’ll help you check. If you used the wrong card, we’ll advise you on other options.
