My Tour or Activity Isn't in TourClaim's System—Can I Still Use It?
- Yes! If your booking platform isn't automatically supported yet, you can manually upload your trip details.
- We'll still help you gather documents and format everything for an easier claim process.
I Don't Have a Chase Card—Can I Still Use TourClaim?
- Right now, TourClaim works with Chase, Amex and some Bank of America cards that include travel insurance.
- Good news: We're adding more credit cards, including top travel rewards cards from other issuers.
I Need a Doctor's Note, But I Can't See a Doctor in Time—What Should I Do?
- TourClaim can connect you with a provider who can issue a valid doctor's note remotely.
- This saves you time and hassle while ensuring your claim is approved faster.
I Didn't Pay for My Trip with the Right Card—Can I Still Claim?
- Most Chase travel insurance policies require you to have paid for at least part of the trip with your Chase card.
- If you're unsure, we'll help you check. If you used the wrong card, we'll advise you on other options.
